How to do Modest Christian Ballet at Home

 Here’s some pics to show you how we do modest and Christian ballet at home! :) Do you see the black skirts? We find those at thrift stores (or eBay or Amazon) and they are polyester (so they don’t bleach which is great for our cleaning company and you can swim in them!), and we use them for EVERYTHING. I’m serious! Coupled with leggings underneath (for extra modesty) we wear them almost everyday and clean with them, work out in them, wear them for swimming, and just wear them for EVERYTHING! I Highly recommend those skirts for any women who dresses modestly and is active. :)

Havilah at the barre: we dance to Hymns and Christian music on Pandora while we do barre work. :)

Ballet must haves! ;) Foam roller for everything, mat for stretching, stretch band for pointe work, ballet turn board (so helpful!), ballet shoes, etc.

Leg Stretcher that you put in a door… Very helpful for flexibility and what -not.

Pointe exercises are not too fun but totally worth it. :)

Leg warmers and a watch; totally a must have. There’s Hava and Faith stretching it out. :)
