Get Your Prayers HEARD….

11/14 DAILY EXHORTATION (Heb.3:13;10:25;Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3)…

How about some wake-up call CAFFEINE from this 11:14 this 11/14? 

Jeremiah 11:14 (KJB) Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble.

This will not fill Billy Graham Crusades, Chicken $oup for the $oul books, TBN telethon$, Profe$$ional Church pews/offering plates, cross-stitched granny pillows, Christian (ahem) religious propaganda motivational posters, etc. BUT IT IS A VITAL AND IMPORTANT TRUTH. 

You see, friends, *There is a POINT where God tells you NOT TO PRAY/INTERCEDE. 

Watch 1st John 5: 14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. 17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

First off, sin blocks prayers. Secondly, intercede for brothers that sin. But DO NOT PRAY for them when it is a sin unto death. 

Remember when God rebuked Samuel for crying about Saul’s rejection from God? In short, God told him to DRY IT UP. 

God is simply NOT MOCKED. When the law of the harvest kicks in fulltime (Gal.6:7), there is a point of NO RETURN. 

Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

In our focus passage, God says because of their idolatry and forsaking His mercy, DO NOT PRAY FOR THEM and GOD WILL NOT HEAR THEM. This is a fearful matter, nay?

Psalms 66: 18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: 19 But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer. 20 Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

Job 27:8-9 For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him?

Proverbs 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

Proverbs 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

Psalms 109:4-7 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.

And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.

Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.

When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.

That Psalm you just read can still be sung in the NT church! (Col.3:16;Eph.5:19;James 5:13). Selah.

Isaiah 1:15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

James 4:3-4 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Sometime between NOW AND NOW, get right with a HOLY GOD. Get things right with your brethren you sinned against, the church you sinned against, etc. Remember, if you are not right with Jesus’ BODY, you are not right with His Head (contrary to popular belief today). You can make a fair shew of the flesh, but in the end, God will end your willful sin.
