Dancing in the Pain/ Encouragement for those who live with Chronic pain ❤️

 

Let me give you the fun Facts and behind the scenes with the above picture… haha 

I was in a bad flare due to my first ever concussion (from an accident with a goat), and suffering from severe inflammation, high pain levels, and horrible headaches, etc. 

So I am literally smiling and sitting in a split while in bad pain and inflammation! :D Yes, that’s me. :) 

Jesus is your strength, your joy, your hope, and your will to live, readers! I’m here to encourage you to keep going and to never give up. Ever. Depend on Jesus and lean on your Beloved when you need Him most, Lovelies! ❤️❤️❤️

He is always there for you and He understands! 

Dance, smile, laugh, sing, and hope through the rain and pain! Yes, you can. Do not tell yourself that you can’t. Ever. Jesus will help you, Pain will end, and Jesus Will support you. Always remember Romans 8:18. ❤️❤️❤️

My Mom lives through all of this and is very inspiring, encouraging, and supportive to me! As is all of my family! I really depend on them and their love too when I’m unwell. :) :) :)

P.S. I have really good times (for stretches of weeks) so I’m not like super sick all the time (FYI), I just deal with daily problems, and then go into periodic seasons of bad flares (randomly sometimes… but not always! They can be sparked by eating gluten, or high stress, or even times of the month…). But, I’m not after sympathy or anything like that. Haha Really I’m not. 

I’m also not complaining! I would never complain or be upset about all of this… I love my life, I love what Jesus works through me, and I love His lessons/tests. 

I just want to encourage those out there, and let you know that you’re not alone in your struggles, pain, and suffering. I understand, and more importantly: Jesus does. ❤️❤️❤️
