Does the KING know you? 

01/08 Daily Exhortation (Heb. 3:13;10:25;Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3)

Let’s MEDITATE this 1/8 on the following 1:8…

Exodus 1:8 (KJB)  Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.

This spells trouble. Joseph, a righteous man, had favour. But “there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.” This is the beginning of sorrows. The Honey Moon is OVER (ever experienced THAT?).

Okay – some Bible Numerics lessons. See that 1:8 above? Think 18 or 6+6+6 which is 666 Antichrist. 

Stephen recounts the exact same in a VERSE EIGHTEEN (666) in Acts 7:18-19…

18 Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.

19 The same dealt subtilly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live.

There is an “antichrist spirit” per 1 John 4:3 (etc.). 

A generation can arise that know not the righteous. And a generation can arise that knows not the Lord! 

Judges 2:10 And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.

Incidentally, the numbers there are 2:10 which truncates down to 21. For illustrative purposes, when I wrote this, we had just left the year 21 and lo and behold, it hits this generation dead smack in the forehead seeing stars. But 21 in Bible Numerics points to the scriptures. The reason this generation doesn’t know the Lord, is that they don’t know THE VOICE OF THE LORD (His word/scriptures). 

John 10:3-5,27 …The sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice…And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers…My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me…

Others don’t KNOW who you are. Many only know what railers have said about you and God will straighten that up at the Judgment(s). But the important matter is that WE KNOW THE LORD and more importantly, THAT THE LORD KNOWS US. 

2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

The Lord knows the ones that depart from iniquity (lawlessness). 

He will say to those that deny Him one day: 

Matthew 7:23… “And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” 

Are you part of the “mystery of iniquity” (2 Thess. 2:7) antichrist generation, walking in lawlessness (no accountability, etc.)? Or do you have the seal of God that HE KNOWS YOU, YOU KNOW HIS VOICE, you refuse the voice of a stranger, etc.?  

Does King Jesus KNOW YOU? Do you KNOW HIM? –r <3
