Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

WORLDLY WISDOM or WORD WISDOM?

04/30 Daily Exhortation (Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3;Heb.3:13;10:25)

A 4:30 for 4/30:

1 Kings 4:30 (KJB) And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.

One thing about folks in the East is they do the inner work within. This causes many to get caught up into Eastern Religious Mysticism, etc. Yet there is wisdom straight from God that excels this. Egypt is emblematic of the world. Solomon represents God’s wisdom (20 in Bible Numerics points to wisdom and the 20th book is Proverbs written mostly by Solomon).

Solomon got “largeness of heart”: 1 Kings 4:29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

We call this "the Forever 411 of Infinite Info."

Trust the Lord today for HEAVENLY HACKS, words of wisdom (1 Cor. 12), words of knowledge (1 Cor. 12), and largeness of heart.

Many pursue worldly wisdom in competition to WORD WISDOM.

God’s word contains HIS INFINITE MIND:

1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

1 Corinthians 1:20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?

1 Corinthians 1:21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

1 Corinthians 2:6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

1 Corinthians 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

God enjoys taking His word (which is foolishness to carnal man) and confounding the worldly wise with it.

Philosophy comes from two words (Philo=love and Sophos-wisdom). It is the love of wisdom but IT IS ALWAYS USED IN A BAD LIGHT IN SCRIPTURE. Thusly, “philosophy” and “philosophers” are warned against in the Bible. Loving wisdom is fine, but philosophy is a love for worldly wisdom.

Which for YOU today, church?

2 Corinthians 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

Your choice... Fleshly, worldly wisdom – or WORD WISDOM? One will expand exponentially forever, and one comes to a screeching halt one day. One is temporal and the other eternal (2 Cor. 5:7; 2 Cor.4:18).

Put all your eggs in the eternal basket, Brethren, for the greatest and everlasting return.
