The Old System of No Schism (Jer.6:16; 1 Cor. 12:25)

12/25 Daily Exhortation (Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3;Heb.3:13;10:25)

1 Corinthians 12:25 (KJB)  That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

Schism is a split or division. God calls for NO SCHISM in the body (local church), but that all care one for another. 

2 Corinthians 8:16 But thanks be to God, which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you.

1Co 1:10-11 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

Paul is VERY serious about this matter. He beseeches (implores, begs) invoking Jesus’ lovely Name that they all SPEAK THE SAME THING (this means they have the same thing in their hearts), and that there be NO DIVISIONS, and they are perfectly joined as “every joint supplieth” (per Eph. 4). Their mind is the same and their judgment is the same. 

We call this “Agreeing to Agree.” It is found throughout the entire Bible but a very strong emphasis on Christ’s body and especially as that relates to the local church. 

This takes much humility, denying self, cross-bearing, and it invites the onslaught of the enemy since Satan desires to stamp out the church especially in the last days. And selfish sinners want the benefits of the body without being Bride-worthy by God's grace/Spirit. 

Spiritual brethren will not be divided, but will hammer out doctrinal truth by the Spirit of truth, threshing out the wheat of scripture until seeing eye to eye with God, eye to eye with one another, and all being on the SAME PAGE of scripture. 

1 Corinthians 3:3  For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

Jesus prayed in His High Priestly prayer that we all agree as one. Also, He said that the one sign the world would know we are disciples is by our LOVE one for another. So, Satan has worked overboard to destroy “fervent charity” in a local church to destroy the local church. Feasts of charity, etc. are about near destroyed.

Profe$$ional church, the House of $aul, Phari$eei$m, intrinsically has SCHISM - From the Pulpit Puppet$ to the Piou$ Pew$. 

Denominationalism was NEVER God’s Primary Will. In that respect, denomination is an abomination, since it is highly esteemed among men (Luke 16:15). We are certainly not suggesting there are no saved folks in denominationalism, but what happened to the New Testament model? 

God has His people scattered abroad, but when will men/patriarchs stop throwing in the towel and ACTUALLY BELIEVE for a Bona fide Bride, New Testament local church? The Bible prophesies of the godly man ceasing and the faithful not being found (Psalms 12:1). May it NOT be so named among us, Brethren. 

Satan knows the more doctrinal divisions folks have, THE LESS FERVENT CHARITY one for another. 

There are hundreds more like verses, but here are two of my favorites: 

Philemon 1:14 But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

Note Paul, though an apostle, did not want to proceed without agreeing to agree. 

Here is a subtle one: 

Philemon 1:25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. 

“Your” is PLURAL in the King James, and “spirit” here is singular. Collectively, their church operated as ONE SPIRIT. Glorious. 

Ahhh... The Old System of No Schism. Unattainable? I trow not.
