The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

Quick Daily Charge/Exhortation for June 28.

On 6/28 here to follow is a 6:28 construction which I KNOW will be edifying if thou canst believe.

John 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

John 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Interestingly, there are exactly FIFTEEN (15) 6:28 constructions in the Bible. What do we mean by fifteen? 15 in Bible numerics points to THE GOSPEL. The famous Gospel definition of Christ dying for our sins according to the scriptures, and being buried, and risen again – this is found in 1 Corinthians FIFTEEN. 15 is 5+5+5 and “Christ” is in the KJB 555 times. Matter of fact, every form of “love” in a KJB is exactly 555 times. You see, “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” This is John FIFTEEN thirteen (15:13). On and on, but…

Note this John 6:28 Gospel construct. They are asking what they can “do” and Jesus said the works of God is to BELIEVE. Faith is NOT A WORK. Repentance IS NOT A WORK. God not only wrote faith in our hearts (Matt. 23:23) in the conscience, He gives us to believe (the gift of faith and the fruit of faith per Eph. 2:8-9, Gal. 5, 1 Cor. 12, etc.). God grants repentance as well. And yet, man is responsible to submit to Jesus’ Lordship. Indeed, this is paradoxical but marvelous.

Are we living by the Gospel today? For decades, our waking prayer is the Gospel and oft daily. We die daily (1 Cor. 15). When you awake, by FAITH you are crucified with Christ, buried, and risen again. The Glorious Gospel is not just HOW YOU GET IN, BUT HOW YOU WIN OVER SIN on a “deny yourself/take up your cross daily” basis.

On 6/28, will you allow the works of God in you via the GLORIOUS GOSPEL by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, being crucified with Him, buried with Him, and risen again with Him?

Galatians 2:20  I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Romans 8:7-14

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
