For 6/4, observe this 6:4…
Galatians 6:4 (KJB) But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
The preceding verse is a low blow to the ego and plum destroys the pride of man:
Gal. 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
God must DO IT ALL via PURE VESSELS OF HONOUR.
Proverbs 26:12 Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.
We must fully PROVE our own work.
2 Timothy 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
Colossians 4:17 …Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.
Psalm 26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
Lamentations 3:40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
Psalm 77:6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
Prove your OWN WORK. And per 1 Cor. 3, God will try it see what sort it is. If it is wood, hay, stubble, it is VAIN. If it is precious stones built upon the foundation of Christ, it shall abide the fiery trial/proving. Selah.
Remember, a man is NOT CROWNED unless he strive lawfully (proven by the WORD OF GOD)...
2 Timothy 2:5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
Some are boasting of a gift when either they are disqualified from the Bride, or never had the gift in the first place. You will know when they DELIVER. Clouds, thunder, wind, but NO RAIN and no doctrinal dew descending and no Holy Ghost lightning, THEN THEY ARE LYING (Rev. 2:2, etc.)...
Proverbs 25:14 Whoso boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain.
The PROVING GROUNDS? Family is one (Titus 1; 2 Tim. 3, etc.).
And here are some proving grounds most do NOT consider:
2 Cor. 6:4-10 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
2Co 6:5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;
2Co 6:6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,
2Co 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
2Co 6:8 By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;
2Co 6:9 As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;
2Co 6:10 As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
Philip. 2:12 …Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
May we by God’s grace work out WHAT GOD HATH WORKED IN (Eph. 2:8-10). FULFIL YOUR MINISTRY IN CHRIST’S BODY with every fiber of your being. No matter how many fall, forsake the call, even if ALL, With God's supplied Power and His ability, PRESS IN AND OBEY AND RECEIVE A FULL REWARD, -r <3
