Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

God’s Countenance Gives Joy 💙

God’s COUNTENANCE gives us JOY…

02/28 Daily Exhortation (Matt.6:33;Luke 11:3;Heb.3:13;10:25)…

See Plenty of Great things this 2/28 in this 2:28…

Acts 2:28 (KJB) Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

This is a packed passage!!! Let’s unpack a tad… This is a quote Peter is making from David who was writing from Psalms 16:11…

Psalm 16:11 (KJB) Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

One of my favorite passages among so many glorious ones!! This is a MESSIANIC PROPHECY CONCERNING THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST!!!!

When you see an Old Testament passage quoted in the New Testament, always note the differences. One man’s CONTRADICTION is another man’s REVELATION.

Peter is teaching you HOW to understand the Bible:

Acts 2:29-32 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

Ac 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

Ac 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

Ac 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Thusly, our focus passage and its counterpart in Psalms 16:11 is ABOUT THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST in a prophetic dual-application.

Here are some parallels or EQUAL SIGNS we can deduct from the context.

Resurrection power = the ways/path of LIFE. God’s COUNTENANCE=HIS PRESENCE. That'll PREACH right there.

We are to walk daily in the Gospel death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Walking in the Holy Ghost is walking in RESURRECTION POWER. Of course, we will all be literally resurrected (all will receive a glorified or horrified body depending which place in eternity you go). Exception: we shall not ALL SLEEP, but shall all be changed (1 Cor. 15; 1 Thess. 4, etc.).

When walking in God’s resurrection power, we are practicing the presence of God, and His countenance is upon us.

Psalms 4:6-7 There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.

Ps 4:7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.

Beautiful resurrection passage to follow and one of my estimated top 100 favorites:

Psalm 17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

Speechless.

Psalm 21:6 For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.

Psalm 42:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Will you SEEK THE FATHER’S FACE TODAY? The Father has no greater joy than to see His children walk in TRUTH. Will you cause wrinkle/concern lines upon the Father’s Forehead, or joy? If joy, His countenance brings YOU joy. Let us, like Abigail (meaning FATHER’S DELIGHT), a type of the Bride of Christ, bring joy to the Father today, church, and bask in His JOYOUS COUNTENANCE/PRESENCE today!!! –r <3
