How is YOUR JESUS WALK? 

02/06 Daily Exhortation (Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3;Heb.3:13;10:25)…

This 2/6, there will be “not a few fixes” from the following 2:6’s…

Colossians 2:6 (KJB)  As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him...

1 John 2:6 (KJB)  He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

We are to WALK AS JESUS WALKED. Christian means “like Christ.” Godly means “like God.” This is not an imitation with the intent to USURP AUTHORITY, like Lucifer did when he said in his heart that he would be “like the Most High” in Isaiah 14. Rather, this is being conformed into HIS IMAGE…

⚠️DAILY JESUS WALK ALERT⚠️ So, yesterday in a  preaching message, without notes on this, I felt to preach 1 John 2:6 and Colossians 2:6. This AM I resurrected this charge and BOTH ARE HERE. JESUS LITERALLY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING pure, right, holy! 

Another 2:6…

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus…

We are TOGETHER WITH CHRIST. Our spirit man (the spiritual dynamic is quite different than the natural/temporal dynamic) is IN CHRIST. We are walking IN HIM. 

We are commanded to let Christ’s mind be in us (Philip.2:5) and follow Jesus’ steps in this 2:6…

Philippians  2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

1 Timothy 2:6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

1 Peter 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

The elect stone was rejected on the cross. Yet, we are to deny ourselves, take up our crosses DAILY (Luke 9:23), and follow in HIS STEPS (1 Peter 2:21). This is an integral part of KNOWING JESUS (Philip.3:10). That cross-walk is replete with betrayals, persecutions, false court cases, mockers, you name it. Plant that cross deep, and persevere. Resurrection power is on the nigh horizon, Brethren!!!

In Jesus’ post-resurrection commission, He advised to be a witness in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and unto the uttermost parts of the earth (Acts 1:8). This is Jesus’ exact flow of steps in John. He went from Jerusalem, to Judea, and “must needs go through Samaria” and then to Galilee which Isaiah calls “Galilee of the nations.” JESUS THOUGHT OF *EVERYTHING.* I love, love, LOVE, *LOVE* this Jesus walk. I wouldn't TRADE IT FOR THE WORLD, THE FLESH, OR THE DEVIL... Would YOU? 

The Bible says our life is HID IN CHRIST (Col.3:3). We that He foreknew are those He predestinated to be CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON (Romans 8)… 

Jesus was BORN (God manifested in the flesh as man 1 Tim.3:16) to pave the way. We are BORN AGAIN to walk as He walked. More 2:6's bear witness.

Matthew 2:6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

Psalm 2:6  Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

When Jesus reigns, will you REIGN WITH HIM? 

All of these passages are a 2:6 construction FOR A DIVINE REASON(s). I will forbear for now on many of the Biblical Numerical reasons for 26, but... Our beginning passages say we are to walk in Him the same way we received HIM. This is by the Spirit’s drawing/grace, by the GLORIOUS GOSPEL… By faith, live daily by the Gospel, crucified with Him, buried with Him, and raised again with Him, and follow His steps this day.
