A 2:26 for this 2/26…

Ecclesiastes 2:26 (KJB)  For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up… This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

JOY is a fruit of the Spirit. A sinner (one who practices sin) gets travail. All they can do is GATHER and HEAP UP.  The sinner has travail via artificial joy via amusement, joking and jesting, serotonin dumps, relationships, possessions, you name it…

Proverbs 13:15 Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

Note the 13 there for Bible Numerics. REBELLION. Those that transgress find a HARD path. 

Proverbs 4:19  The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

Proverbs 15:10 Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die.

Jeremiah 2:19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Romans 6:21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

Proverbs 15:21 Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom: but a man of understanding walketh uprightly.

Which for YOU today? The Law of the Harvest dictates that sowing to the flesh will reap vanity and vexation of the spirit, travail, a hard path. Dishonour to your father and mother makes your days not go well (Ex. 20; Deut. 5). Dishonour to your Heavenly Father is a rough road ahead. 

True Jubilee/Joy is born of God’s Spirit. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. The commandments of the Lord are not grievous when you LOVE HIM. 

Make the CHOICE TO REJOICE today and forsake sin, -r <3
