We Need SPIRIT FULNESS! 

08/10 Daily (Heb.3:13;10:25;Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3) Exhortation. 

For this 8/10, here is an 8:10 “Construction for Instruction”(2 Tim. 3:16)…

Leviticus 8:10 (KJB)  And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

Ahhh. Tabernacle Typology. What a beautifully intricate study. We are God’s tabernacle, the temple of the Holy Ghost. Let us draw inspirational application thusly. 

We desperately need God’s anointing oil (the Holy Ghost) and to be anointed throughly and sanctified (set apart). 

The Spirit guides into all truth (John 16:13), leads us (Gal. 5:18), helps our prayers (Jude 20; Eph. 6), produces fruit that affects every aspect of our character (Gal. 5:22-23), anoints us for ministry (Acts 10:38; Luke 4:18), enables us to war spiritually (Matt. 12:28), brings things to our remembrance (John 14:26), gives us liberty (2 Cor. 3:17), teaches us of all things (1 John 2:27), and on and on and on…

Will you be filled with the Spirit of God today (Ephesians 5:18) as commanded? 

I am not talking about Pentecostal Parlour Tricks, Charismatic Conniption Fits, etc. Just being FULL OF THE LORD YOU ADORE.

My sweet daughter once said, "We do ballet to take care of the Holy Ghost..."  ;^) I told her that I am fairly certain the Holy Ghost can take care of Himself! She meant TEMPLE of the Holy Ghost... 

As for 8:10 verse constructions, there are exactly 37 occurrences. 37 points to Secrets in Bible Numerics. David had 37 mighty men, and thusly the House of David is connected to 37. Sadly, David killed Uriah, leaving 36 (36 triangular is 666 and 36 is double 6+6+6! Watch out!)... Amos 3:7 says God will do nothing except He reveal His secret to His servants, the prophets. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Rev.19:10). Numbers 11:29 says that God wills that all the Lord’s people were prophets with His Spirit upon them. Of course, this is not talking about the OFFICE of a prophet so much as just walking with God and keeping one’s hand on the pulse of what God is doing, etc. The office of apostle/prophet is phased out but the church is built upon their foundation (Eph. 2:20, etc.). The following words are in the Bible exactly 37 times: treasure, Saviour, by faith, churches, and Gentiles, and divers. The churches of the Gentiles, by faith, search out the treasure hidden in the Saviour, making them divers (diverse or different) from the rest. 

Jesus was anointed with the oil of gladness above His fellows (Heb. 1:9; Ps. 45:7). Regardless of what others are doing, BE ANOINTED. Want to dig out the secrets and treasures of the Lord? WE NEED GOD’S SPIRIT-FILLING. 

Consider these 2 “8:10” constructions…

Luke 8:10 (KJB) And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

Romans 8:10 (KJB)  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Round these here parts for decades we illustrate as such. One time my Missing Rib made me mashed potatoes. I asked for some extra butter on them. My Sister Baby Doll Spouse replied, "I put butter IN THEM." I said, "Baby, it's like the Holy Ghost. I want Him IN ME and ON ME....  And I want butter IN my mashed potatoes and ON my mashed potatoes..."  <3

We desperately need our tabernacles to be anointed – AS IN EVERYTHING. Nothing worthwhile can be done without God’s Spirit (Zech. 4:6). 

Acts 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

PRESS INTO THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST TODAY by the SPIRIT OF GRACE trusting for your tabernacle to be ANOINTED with the precious ointment and olive oil of the Holy Ghost. 

May Holy Ghost UNCTION grant more UNDERSTANDING.
