Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

Saturday on the farm 🩵💙

Fog on the mountain: (PC to Grace!)

I Sat on the porch this morning in the Sun, with my eyes closed, savouring the Sounds all around me. The mountain winds were roaring, and you can imagine that you’re at the beach with waves crashing, if you don't pеек. The mountain is a gorgeous place to live!

Prayers came easy today, and my thoughts were musing on hopeful matters of my heart (sorry! Only between God and I!).

My mind turned to our productive Saturday.

After our long work week our house and farm needed some TLC, so we got to it.

Morning routines and a nice ballet workout time out of the way, got into my-slightly overgrown-garden. After 2 LONG and very hot and  humid hours later, l was seriously drenched in sweat! But I was happy, for a HUGE pile of weeds /pruning was being fed to the eager goats. Still covered in dirt I them moved on to the dirtiest  job on the farm: The Chicken Coop. The other girls were cleaning out goat runs and stalls. I think another 2 hours later is was finally scrubbed, dried, fresh and waiting for my babies. Then I Came in and dusted, vacuumed, and cleaned in our house

For a while. A humidity induced spontaneous storm blew in

thereafter, so I picked green beans for dinner in the rain. Lunch was bacon, cheese, and watermelon.

I then studied, rested, read, and painted my sunflower for my charge today. Dinner by Hava and family Bible study followed.

And that’s an average Saturday on the Happy Harts Farm! Hope you enjoyed. 😊

  2. That's interesting because ON Saturday I cleaned Pablo's cage, and after it was all nice and fresh I had the scenario of you cleaning out the chicken coop, and thinking how nice it is to clean our sweet animals cages and all and put them in all nice and fresh, and apparently thats exactly what you were doing! (Perhaps I'm silly thinking it. But I don't normally envision such things.)
