Redneck Bucks?! 😁

 My Dad (Randall Hartinger) had me laughing all day long when I thought of the funny thing he said… 

We were out and, ahem, this weasel lookin’ guy drives by on a motorcycle. I said to Havilah Joy Hartinger, “You know you always wanted to marry a guy with a braided beard!”

😉 😁

After some serious outcries of utter disdain  and disgust, we all laughed hard. 

Havilah then says, “Well, ya know, I did actually braid one of our goat bucks beards once.”

(((Mischievous grin by Hava))) 

I, thus horrified, said, “NO! Nobody is allowed to braid Camo’s beard when he’s older!!!!!”

And then Dad says, “But ya gotta admit, those bucks get pretty redneck! They could get away with a braided beard!” 

And we all roared in laughter!!! 

Cuz, if you’ve ever owned a buck and it’s “rut season”, ya totally get what he means! 😉

They blubber, sneeze, and do other undesirable acts of nature (well, to the humans… Very much desired by the Doe Goats!).

We’ve affectionately termed it: “Duh-Hee time”, and the poor boys pretty much lose their minds. 

As Dad has so accurately described them, they look like they just crawled out under a bridge like a homeless guy! 😁😁😁

Camo’s Daddy Matthew (Aka: Matt-CHOO and Matt-Coo-Koo) is in a bad rut right now…

The other day Cams came over to see his Daddy and Matthew blubbered all over him, scaring camo away. I laughed and told cams, “You’ll be just like your daddy one day!” 😁😉
