Can/Will You be an Anointed “PROPHET” OF GOD TODAY?

 

11/10 Daily Exhortation (Matt. 6:11; Heb.3:13; 10:25; Luke 11:3)…

This 11/10, notice the trend in this 11:10…

Revelation 11:10 (KJB) And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

Backstory: Moses and Elijah will return to earth during Daniel’s 70th “week” or the 7 years of Tribulation prophesied over and over and over in the Bible. These prophets will “bring the heat” so to speak and invoke plagues, speak truth, etc. Folks will want them dead and finally God will allow them to be martyred. Folks will rejoice and “make merry” and celebrate with gift-giving simply because these two are dead. Of course, God gets the last laugh and raises them up. 

Focus point from the focus passage. FOLKS HATE PROPHETS. Watch this… Ahhh. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this passage for 3 decades now: 

Numbers 11:29 And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the Lord's people were prophets, and that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!

Go and READ THAT AGAIN and learn ye what that meaneth. 

God wants ALL HIS PEOPLE to be “in the know” in the sense of keeping one’s hand on the pulse of what God is doing and walking in God’s anointing/Spirit. God is not saying He wants all to walk in the OFFICE of a prophet (that office is gone as the church is built upon the FOUNDATION of the apostles/prophets per Ephesians 2:20)… 

God will show secrets when we press into His bosom like John. 

Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

The office of the prophet was called “seer.” They had eagle’s eyes. They could see afar off. They could hear from God what He was doing. WOULD GOD THAT ALL THE LORD’S PEOPLE WERE PROPHETS (Num.11:29). 

Revelation 19:10 “…For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Do you have a testimony of Jesus? Then you have the spirit of prophecy. 1st Corinthians 14 says, “the spirit of the prophets is subject to the prophets.” He is not talking “office” there so much as walking “in the know” discerning what God is doing. 

Our focus point. FOLKS HATE PROPHETS. THEY WANT YOU DEAD. They would DANCE OVER YOUR GRAVE if they could. Why? You bring LIGHT which exposes their darkness. You rain on their parade. They “think” their Creator put them here to DO WHAT THEY JOLLY WELL PLEASE with no accountability, no tangible rules, etc.  When you start bringing THUS SAITH THE WORD OF THE LORD, and/or being "living epistles read and known by all men," they get nervous as a three-headed rattlesnake. Why? You are introducing FINAL AUTHORITY whereby they will BE JUDGED (John 12:48, Psalms 96:13, etc.)…

The greatest prophet ever born of women (next to Jesus who is both God and that Prophet) was John the Baptist. A nasty Jezebel wanted his head in a platter. You have any Jezebels wanting YOUR head off? Walk in Numbers 11:29 and YOU'LL GET THEM. 

Your enemies will praise Satan and wet themselves silly (especially stinky sulfur-laden Christian Jezebels) to know of any perceived “hardship” that comes your way. This is what they cross their fingers and petition the Lord (ahem) of the flies, Leviathan, every day as their prayers bounce off the ceiling and reflect down to hell in a witchcraft summons of devils. 

Jg 16:23 Then the lords of the Philistines gathered them together for to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their god, and to rejoice: for they said, Our god hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.

Jg 16:24 And when the people saw him, they praised their god: for they said, Our god hath delivered into our hands our enemy, and the destroyer of our country, which slew many of us.

Psalm 35:19 Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.

Psalm 35:26  Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.

Obadiah 12 But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have spoken proudly in the day of distress.

Micah 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

John 16:20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.

If you are accepted in the Beloved, be exhorted today to *NOT* LOSE THAT FAVOUR WITH GOD.
