The Seven Years of Tribulation or the Time of Jacob’s Trouble…
06/1 Daily Exhortation (Matt. 6:11; Luke 11:3; Heb. 3:13; Heb. 10:25)…
Here’s a 6:1 for 6/1…
Judges 6:1 (KJB) And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD: and the LORD delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years.
[Note that 6+1 is 7].
Judges 6:2 And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel: and because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and caves, and strong holds.
Let’s unpack allegorically a bit. Midian is a type of Antichrist. God punishes Israel for their iniquity and gives them into Antichrist’s hand for 7 years. He prevails over them and they hide themselves in the dens, mountains, caves, etc. as they will during the Tribulation…
Another chapter 6 to explain this is:
Revelation 6:15-16 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb...
Daniel 9:24 (KJB) Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Daniel’s 70th week DEMYSTIFIED. Daniel’s 70th week is called the Seven Years of Tribulation, the Time of Jacob’s Trouble, the Day of the Lord, etc.
In short, there are 490 years or 70 times 7 weeks of years appointed. 69 weeks have been accomplished to the killing of the Messiah, Jesus. This leaves one week or 7 years. This is called DANIEL’S 70TH WEEK.
In Daniel 9:25, God breaks this up into 7 years plus 62 years (69 total). This leaves 7 years (a week of years) yet to be fulfilled.
Egypt mourns for Jacob for 7 days in Genesis 50 which typifies the world tasting of Jacob’s trouble for the 7 years of tribulation. 1 Kings 16:15-19 is another type of tribulation which involves “conspired” and “treason.” Job is persecuted by the Devil on the ground for 7 days (another type/symbol of Daniel’s 70th week). In Esther 1:5, Esther (Bride of Christ) is typified as in the “court of the garden of the king’s palace” for a 7 day feast (typifying the Garden of God in the 3rd heaven per 2 Cor. 12, and the Marriage Supper…). In Ezekiel 3:13-17, Ezekiel is caught by the Spirit BEFORE a 7 day period. A 7 year period follows Jacob getting his choice Bride, Rachel (Gen.28:27). Joseph gets his Gentile Bride into the palace BEFORE the 7 years of famine (Gen.41:45; again, a type of Jacob’s trouble).
This event affects the entire earth (Rev.3:10, etc.) and is a “snare” coming upon “all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.”(Luke 21:35). Jesus said this will be the worse time in history (Matt.24:21).
There will be some birth pangs, but a lull before this because it will catch folks by surprise. Hmmmm…. We may be ripe and ready NOW. Paul so aptly put it: “When they shall say PEACE AND SAFETY, sudden destruction cometh upon them as a woman in travail…”
Isaiah 26 says that God will punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity and this is up against Armageddon in Isaiah 27.
Ask the Lord to account you worthy to ESCAPE all these things that shall come to pass (Luke 21:36) and to stand before the Son of Man (at the Judgment Seat of Christ for His Bride; 1 Cor. 3, etc.).
Daniel’s 70th week is filled with great judgments and plagues upon the entire earth, and its coming soon to a city near you. If not any second, we cannot have many years left based upon GODSPEED and HASTENING THE DAY OF THE LORD per Biblical prophecies fulfilled RAPIDLY.
Hosea 3:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter days.
Daniel’s 70th week IS NOT FOR THE MEEK.
Isaiah 2:12 For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low…
Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Some actually want to be in the tribulation. They will get their desire, but… "Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light." (Amos 5:18).
Whether 5 seconds from now, or 5 months, 5 years (etc.), BE READY. Yea, I say, BE YE READY.
CHURCH, I implore thee, I beseech you all, BE THE BARLEY HARVESTED BRIDE OF CHRIST, TRUST FOR THE END-TIMES UNCTION TO SERVE GOD WITH ALL YOUR BEING, be on the RIGHT SIDE OF ALL THESE TYPES AND SHADOWS, BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF DANIEL’S 70TH WEEK, FEAR GOD, BE CONTENT IN YOUR CALLING, BUT NOT CONTENT IN YOUR GROWTH, GET FULL OF THE HOLY GHOST, GET SOBER, SERIOUS, RAPTURE-READY, and may we soon meet the Lord Jesus Christ IN THE AIR AS WE SEEK DELIVERANCE FROM DANIEL’S 70TH WEEK, -r <3
