Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

40?

09/30 DAILY Exhortation (Heb.3:13; 10:25; Matt.6:11; Luke 11:3)

Here is a 9:30 for 9/30…

2 Chronicles 9:30 (KJB)  And Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.

In Bible Numerics, 40 symbolizes TRIALS/TESTING/PROBATIONARY PERIOD.

God sent rain 40 days/40 nights. The children of Israel wandered in the Wilderness of Sin for 40 years. Goliath withstood Israel for 40 days. Jesus fasted for 40 days before being tested of the Devil. On and on.

In our focus passage, we see Solomon reigning 40 years. There were kings before him.

Remember that God never wanted Saul to be king, but HE (GOD) WAS THEIR KING. Incidentally, the phrase “kings of Israel” is 40 times in the Bible. And “Herod” is 40 times in the Bible. Saul’s son was 40 years old when he reigned over Israel (2 Samuel 2:10). David (Solomon’s father) reigned 40 years (2 Samuel 5:4). David was tested hard with adultery. The word “adultery” is in the Bible 40 times. TESTING/TRIALS/PROBATIONARY PERIOD.

Watch the subtle 40 here:

2 Chronicles 16:12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians. 13 And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign.

Note that Asa was being TESTED in his 40th year of his reign to see if he would seek the Lord before the physicians, and he failed the test and died in his 41st year…

How are YOU doing on your tests?

Job 7:18 And that thou shouldest visit him every morning, and try him every moment?

We are literally TESTED EVERY MOMENT. This life on earth is a TEST. How much do you love your Creator?

When an Instructor gives a test, and you fail it, you will have to be retested. When God tests, and we fail, we will be retested on that subject.

Free Key: PASS THE TEST THE FIRST TIME. First, ALWAYS THANK GOD FOR THE TEST. Always. We are to give thanks in literally EVERYTHING.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

If you fail the test, FAIL FORWARD and pass it the next time. Trust for the grace and power of God to fulfil His will. Please the Instructor. Faith pleases Him (Heb.11:6). A faith UNTRIED/UNTESTED is worthless. Expect tests. Expect Pop Quizzes. During the hard times, pray and thank God. During the good times, PRAY AND THANK GOD.

Solomon failed many a test (see Ecclesiastes for his REPENTANCE BOOK). Proverbs gives you an incredible book on passing tests. You can read the entire book of Proverbs in One Hour and 45 Minutes. Personally, I've tried to listen to it (or James) every morning while getting ready. It’s like Holy Ghost Wisdom HYPER-VITAMINS. Proverbs=20th of the OT and James=20th of the NT. 20=WISDOM.

THANK GOD FOR THE TEST AND PASS THE TEST(S). The Final Exams are coming soon.

STUDY (2 Timothy 2:15) and get prepared, -r <3
