YOU BETTER CHECK OUT THAT "TRUTH" YOU WERE TOLD whether so-called scripture or slander. Did you look a little closer? 

09/05 DAILY (Heb.3:13;10:25;Matt.6:11;Luke 11:3) EXHORTATION. 

Jeremiah 9:5 (KJB) And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity.

⚠️DAILY JESUS WALK ALERT/TESTIMONY!!!!⚠️ So, this is a slight revamp of last two year’s (9/5) exhortations. My daughter, Hope Jerusalem Eve, did not know that. Last 9/3, she did a charge on RAILERS and RANDOM FLIPPED trusting Providence and landed on Jeremiah 9:4-6 (our focus passage today). God is amazing. Favour from the Father. Affirmations from the Almighty. Confirmations from Christ, our Creator. Tokens from the Tetragrammaton / Theos. 

Friends, this (railing/slandering/lying) is a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. Lying shows up in LIST AFTER LIST in the Bible. Matter of fact, “railer” (which is a false accuser, slanderer, liar) is a church discipline (ahem) issue in 1st Cor. 5. "Yeah, but..." Lies are always because somebody has SOMETHING TO HIDE. 

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. PERIOD. 

And in every single time period.

Railer is RE-LIAR in Reverse by DIVINE DESIGN. We call this Reverse Word Within a Word Phenomena.

In Proverbs 6, God lists SIX things that He hates and 7 are an ABOMINATION to God. And lying gets a DOUBLE MENTION and if you study it well, lying is inferred IN ALL OF THEM. 

Here is that list: Proverbs 6:

16 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Now, all 7 relate to lying. A proud look is a lie (we have nothing to be proud about). Innocent blood is usually shed because of a lie and Jesus connects murder and lying in John 8:44 with Satan. Also, hatred is murder in the heart, and watch these verses…

Proverbs 26:28 A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.

Proverbs 10:18 He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.

Proverbs 26:26 Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation.

Back to Proverbs 6’s LYING LIST, The heart that devises wicked imaginations is not focused on TRUTH. When one’s TALK IS CROOKED, their WALK IS CROOKED. Lucifer is a cherub with calves’ feet (split hoof) and he is a serpent (split-tongue). The mischief involves lies. How do folks sow discord among brethren? THEY LIE ABOUT THEM. 

Back to our 9/5 focus passage. In Jeremiah 9:5, folks actually TEACH THEIR TONGUE to speak lies. Chronic, habitual liars (We have met SO MANY OVER THE YEARS and especially in the religious church realm - ahem); they have trained their tongue in habitual lies. Hard to tell, but often those that repeat the same lie over and over and over ACTUALLY START BELIEVING THEIR OWN LIES. Iniquity is lawlessness and in our focus passage, these lying railers are driven to weariness. They put ALL THEIR ENERGY into their lies. 

For example (among so many), some people lie to many saying they were kicked out of an assembly (for some conjured up reason) when in fact they voluntarily left when their sins were exposed (rather than repent). Why lie? Because they never tell people what their sins were. NEVER. I repeat. NEVER. They just huddle/cuddle with others who likewise cloak their sins.

It is akin to a disgruntled employee about to get their final review and so they quit before getting fired (rather than correct their sorry work ethic) and then tell everyone what a horrible place of employment it was ya see (never revealing their actual character, uh, I tellya what) and proclaim their own goodness as an outstanding employee!

They character-assassinate the place of employment rather than admit the truth. See the analogy? BINGO. While it is true, assuming it is a biblical church, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN PUT OUT for unrepentant sin(s) after much longsuffering and encouragement to repent, nobody usually needs to even church discipline.

Oft THE TRASH TAKES ITSELF OUT to the curb. 

The Holy Ghost smokes them out, they are exposed and expelled and the Lord fights the battle (Ex. 14:14) and they oft leave of their own accord. Thank God! They run to social club refuges where they can hide out. Same bat channel. Same bat time. And this MUST happen PER THE SCRIPTURES. 

Proverbs 11:9 An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.

This verse is so fitting as I cross-sum 9:5 and get 14 which is deliverance in Bible Numerics. Note that a hypocrite (one who LIVES A LIE) will destroy their neighbor with their LYING, RAILING MOUTH. Though so sad, we just sometimes laugh at the RAILING SLANDERS that come back around about saints. Hypocrites are so desperate. How many check out the lies? HOVERING AT A WHOPPING ZERO. They are simply partakers of the lies/consequences WITHOUT QUESTION. When the truth gets shown on Judgment Day(s), WON’T THEY BE SURPRISED? Are you sure your “friends” told you the TRUTH? Inspect more closely. 

Sadly, most WANT TO BELIEVE A LIE and so hope/cross their fingers to God (ahem) that it is true and then commit the logical fallacy of EXCLUSION OF CONTRARY EVIDENCE and never get the other side. Ongoing saga. Are you an exception to this generation? Probably not. But DARE TO BE. 

Proverbs 18:21 DEATH and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the FRUIT thereof.

9=fruit and 5=death, and so we see THE FRUIT OF DEATH. Spiritual death. 

This 9/5, will you be delivered from the FRUIT OF DEATH by SPEAKING TRUTH AND LIFE? How about getting BOTH sides for a change? The choice is yours. If you have lied against a local church, Christians, etc., you had better GET THAT RIGHT AND MAKE IT RIGHT PUBLICLY because Judgment is TOO LATE. Now is the accepted time. Don’t tell the Judge you were NOT THOROUGHLY WARNED. Selah. Muse. Or Refuse. Your choice. 

Jonah 2:8 They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.
