Let’s taste of some NEW WINE from this 2:9 on this 2/9…

John 2:9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

John 2:10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

John 2:11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

I love, *love*, L.O.V.E. this chapter!!!! Matter of fact, one reason we landed on the house in which we live is that the address is a 9945 (which is 9,9,4+5, or 9). So, it is a 999. And the 999th chapter of your Bible is John chapter 2. 👀 Forbear as we look for God behind every burning bush. 🔥 This is about the marriage of Cana, and a type/symbol of the marriage of the Lord (marriage supper of the Lamb and great wedding feast).  A BEAUTIFUL BRIDE CHAPTER!!!

⚠️‼️DAILY JESUS WALK ALERT‼️⚠️ I just taught the family last couple days in the beginning of Jesus' Miracles in John 2. Here it comes resurrected! 

9 is the number of FRUITFULNESS in Bible Numerics. See, a woman has 9 months of gestation, Sarah was 90 when the Holy Ghost gave her the fruit of the womb (Abraham was 99). There are 9 gifts of the Spirit, and 9 fruits of the Spirit from the 9th book of the N.T. (Galatians). On and on. 

The FRUIT OF THE VINE came forth in the 999th chapter (John 2). 

You see, when the WATER BEHELD IT’S MAKER, IT BLUSHED IN HIS PRESENCE!!!!!  <3

By the way, GOD IS STILL TURNING WATER INTO WINE. Water is pulled up from the grape vine roots, and becomes the juice of the grape EVERY SINGLE DAY. Jesus is STILL doing this‼️ 

There is much typology here. Time would fail to speak of even a fraction. But 6 points to man in Bible numerics. Jesus wanted the 6 waterpots FOR THE JEWS PURIFYING (pointing to the OT law). He changed it into the wine of the NEW TESTAMENT IN HIS BLOOD. He didn’t come to destroy the law, but rather to fulfil it. He told Mary “His hour” was not yet come regarding the wine. In short, His disciples believed on Him as this points to the “NEW TESTAMENT” IN His blood. 

The first national public miracle of Israel was turning WATER INTO BLOOD. The fruit of the vine is a type of blood. 

Exodus 4:9 And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.

Another 2:9 is Genesis 2:9 regarding the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (from the vine tree; which is another study altogether). 

The “new wine” is still in the cluster per Isaiah 65:8.

 

Will you be a partaker of the life of the NEW COVENANT/TESTAMENT this day and trust God for FRUITFULNESS? It only comes by God’s Spirit/grace. You are 95% water. WILL YOU BLUSH IN YOUR MAKER’S PRESENCE (Jer.6:15)? –r <3
