YEA OR NAY? Stick to your Story. 

10/12 Daily Exhortation (Heb.3:13; 10:25; Matt.6:11; Luke 11:3)

For this 10/12 let us delve into this 10:12…

Ecclesiastes 10:12 “…The lips of a fool will swallow up himself.” 

Self-defeating speech becomes self-evident quickly. Those that can point out the self-defeating speech are avoided, maligned, slandered against, etc. 

2 Timothy 2:25 In meekness instructing those that OPPOSE THEMSELVES; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth…

One very important law of logic is the law of NON-CONTRADICTION or in short, the LAW OF NO-LIE. 

When a person’s speech is INCONSISTENT, it is not CONSTANT. 

Proverbs 21:28 A false witness shall perish: but the man that heareth speaketh constantly.

Constantly simply means “consistently.” This is the opposite of a “false witness.” The Righteous Judge, Jesus,  will lay this all out on Judgment Day(s) greater than 4D. Those that have embraced their lies without checking them out will not gainsay nor resist WISDOM INCARNATE ON THE THRONE OF JUDGMENT. Praise God for this straight JESUS WALK and straight Jesus Talk.

Truth-lovers, YOU'LL GET YOUR DAY IN COURT. And you'll FACE YOUR ACCUSERS and see your accusers FACE THE JUDGE. Mark it on your calendar. Nobody, and I mean, NOBODY, lies to THE JUDGE OF HEAVEN AND EARTH. 

In our focus passage, note that one's own lips swallow up themselves. 

Liars can never KEEP THEIR STORY STRAIGHT. Learn to discern the fork-tongued serpentile habit of talking out of both sides of the mouth. 

This is why you cross-examine one’s statements to draw out the inconsistencies. When folks do the AVOID DANCE avoidance of questions (observed for 3 decades now), THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE. 

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. PERIOD. And in every single time period. 

There is also the deceived category who are deluded into believing a lie or often a combo of both deliberate lies and deluded lies. Regardless, their very own lips will swallow THEMSELVES. Try and humbly point out their defiance of the law of noncontradiction in hopes they will embrace truth tenaciously. Few care to employ basic logic however. 

Proverbs 26:7 The legs of the lame are not equal: so is a parable in the mouth of fools.

False teachers oft violently force parables into wrested, irrational doctrines. The lack of consistency is lame and unequal and results in inequity and iniquity. 

Are your lips uttering that which is self-defeating? Are you opposing yourself by speaking inconsistently and irrationally? 

Repent (change your mind and direction) and speak equally, balanced, consistently with constancy, straight and true this day.
