Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

Repentance?

Does Your Repentance Scream Louder Than Your Sin?

10/6 Daily (Heb.3:13; 10:25; Matt.6:11; Luke 11:3) Exhortation

For this 10/16, here is 10:16 from which to glean...

Exodus 10:16-17 (KJB)  Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste; and he said, I have sinned against the LORD your God, and against you.

Now therefore forgive, I pray thee, my sin only this once, and intreat the LORD your God, that he may take away from me this death only.

Pharaoh confessed his sin against God and his sin against God’s people, and asked for forgiveness and even desired prayer intercession…

But… Actions follow our beliefs. The Bible speaks of "fruits" of repentance (Matt.3:8; Luke 3:8) and "works meet for repentance" (Acts 26:20). Repentance simply means "a change of mind and direction." No change of direction? They did NOT repent.

You will know when someone truly repents because their repentance BOOMS LOUDLY over and above the sin(s) from which they repented!

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. PERIOD. And in every single time period…

Judas “repented himself” but it was not the godly sorrow that worketh repentance unto salvation.

Matthew 27:3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders...

2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

Judas had the sorrow of this world that works death. So did Pharaoh.

Luke 17:3-4

3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. 4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Notice that forgiveness to a sinning brother is only after they repent.

Do you know any former church members who are now HEATHEN and PUBLICANS because they were put out of the church Matthew 18-style? Probably not many this day and age. Satan has done a number on the New Testament church and about near wiped it from the planet. Any “church” that does not exercise church discipline is a social club and no bona fide Bride body of Christ local church. An Accountability Assembly is the New Testament model. Most "American Assemblies" are very, very low on accountability with a "Do What Wilt Shall Be the Whole of the Law" attitude. One might as well call them an Aleister Crowley Assembly. Selah (think on that a while).

Have you REPENTED truly? If your repentance doesn’t scream louder than your sins, you haven’t repented. Are you more zealous for holiness than you were for your UNHOLINESS?

Resolving to NOT REPEAT what’s been repented of, -r ❤
