All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. My TBI Story/ Tips for Traumatic Brain Injured People/ What It’s like to have a TBI 🧠

 Hey, y’all! :)

Here’s my TBI story… I suffered from a pretty serious double concussion (the second hit syndrome). I really did think I would die and that I would not make it! No exaggeration. 

Jesus was very merciful to me and I am now healing up very nicely! Praise Jesus! :) Here’s the shortened story: 


 Here is what it is like to have a TBI… I did not realize how bad it really is! Oh my. I have Complete compassion on those Brian injured now. 


Some tips for TBI sufferers… Here’s some things I learned personally that really helped! 


Also: NO screen time! I’m serious. Take a break! 

Have good personal hygiene as well. This improves your mood and makes you feel better. 


I’ll do a post on my new ketogenic diet plan and tips for that tomorrow. :)
