Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me ...

Right Division.

09/16 DAILY EXHORTATION (Heb.3:13; 10:25; Matt.6:11; Luke 11:3)

For this 9/16, here is a 9:16 to think upon…

Hebrews 9:16 (KJB)  For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

First off, “dispensation” is a dirty word to some, but a pure word to others. You see, God’s words are PURE. And “dispensation” is a BIBLE WORD used 4 times in 3 books. The Recoil Spoil tactic of the enemy is that folks hear hyper-dispensationalism and recoil away from and get spoiled from just plain dispensations in the Bible. In short, we are commanded to study the Bible and to RIGHTLY DIVIDE it (2 Tim. 2:15). Most don’t. How about you?

The most obvious division is THE OLD TESTAMENT and the NEW TESTAMENT. Most think the line is drawn from Malachi 4:6 to Matthew 1:1 for O.T. and N.T. I say unto thee, NAY.

Our focus passage indicates that the New Testament began AT JESUS’ DEATH. This is why Jesus called it the “New Testament in MY BLOOD.” So, the N.T. technically is not Matthew 1:1 but closer to the end of Matthew where Jesus dies. Of course we consent to the wholesome words of Jesus (1 Tim. 6; Col. 3:16, etc.) BUT RIGHTLY DIVIDED.

So, technically, the Old Testament dispensation (age) does not end until the cross. Every jot and tittle of the Old Testament is very important and needful, but we must rightly divide OLD AND NEW.

This will cover a multitude of ERROR. Hint hint.

1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead…

Ahhhh. Did you catch that? One is “begotten again” in the New Testament by Jesus’ RESURRECTION. Old Testament saints were not BORN AGAIN. They were saved saints and believer's, but NOT BORN AGAIN. This dispensation comprises the Church Age.

One needs a good sense of direction. Knowing where you belong is imperative and then NOT BREAKING RANK. Are you born again and washed in the blood? Okay. Then, you want to discern the New Testament post-cross application to you by Diligently DISSECTING THE DISPENSATIONS. We must be DEAD ON in our DIVIDING of the DISPENSATIONS. Otherwise, we’ll have the spirit of error on STEROIDS raised to the 666th power (see Denominationalism for Details)…

Colossians 2 and Ephesians 2 say that God nailed the Old Testament ordinances TO THE CROSS. For example, Malachi 3 calls the “tithe” an ordinance TWO TIMES. While we are to be a remnant (like the 1 out of the 10 cleansed lepers who returned to worship Jesus and give God glory), we are also to BE God's tithe/firstfruits. And the Lord "loveth a cheerful giver." The House of God O.T. temple was done away with. The veil was rent from top to bottom. They merely went there to evangelize to the “Jew First.” Colossians 2 also says that the ordinances WILL COME BACK ONE DAY. Go study and find out what that meaneth.

In short, ask yourself what all is POST-CROSS to be square dead aimed at you. We know that “all scripture” is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction in righteousness, so we are not advocating skipping the pre-cross material or post-church-age material. BUT KNOW WHERE YOU ARE.

Will you RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH TODAY? Higgaion. Selah.  (Ps.9:16), -r <3
