Which SIDE of God do you Desire? 

09/23 Daily Exhortation (Heb.3:13; 10:25; Matt.6:11; Luke 11:3)

Here is a 9:23 for 9/23 to ponder with fear and trembling…

Judges 9:23 (KJB)  Then God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously with Abimelech:

Judges 9:24 (KJB)  That the cruelty done to the threescore and ten sons of Jerubbaal might come, and their blood be laid upon Abimelech their brother, which slew them; and upon the men of Shechem, which aided him in the killing of his brethren.

The Law of the Harvest. King James – Not Karma. The Law of Cause/Effect. You see, God’s PRIMARY will is never to send such delusions (Isaiah 66, etc.), but when folks harden their hearts to a certain point, His Secondary Will kicks in...

1 Samuel 18:10 And it came to pass on the morrow, that the evil spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as at other times: and there was a javelin in Saul's hand.

The House of Saul (a type of Professional Organized Religion/Phariseeism, etc.) gets some delusions chosen BY GOD HIMSELF. 

Proverbs 17:11 An evil man seeketh only rebellion: therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him. 

Angel means “messenger.” A CRUEL ANGEL (fallen, evil angel) is sent to the rebellious.

Psalm 78:49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.

1 Kings 22:23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Isaiah 19:14 The Lord hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.

This is an ATTRIBUTE/ASPECT OF THE ALMIGHTY few want to face, and because of their willful ignorance, THEY WILL FACE IT to varying degrees. God is not to be toyed with (Gal.6:7). 

Need a FREE KEY to unlock this MYSTERY? Here it is. See, there is a difference between CREATE and MAKE. This is a rich study that would cover a multitude of error. But in short, create is when God takes NOTHING and creates SOMETHING. “Make” is when God takes what is existing and molds/shapes. Here is another 9:23 to expound further…

Romans 9:21-23 21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? 22 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: 23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Note that the vessels of wrath as well as the vessels of honour are not this state pre-existing but God will “make” and has “fitted” them as such. 

The Doctrine of Divinely-Decided Delusions can lead one into the study of reprobation and vessels that are fitted to destruction. Want to safeguard yourself by God’s grace from delusion? The key is in Isaiah 66 about God choosing the delusions of those that choose abomination. This warning is sandwiched in with TWO times God calling folks to fear and tremble at and hear HIS WORD. Tremble at His word to the point that your actions follow your beliefs, and you won’t be deluded. 

I exhort you today as I exhort myself – PRESS into the PRIMARY WILL OF GOD and behold His goodness (rather than taste of His severity; see Romans 11) this 9/23, -r <3
