Satisfied Yet???

The Grass Was Dead on the Other Side WARNING: Do NOT read this post if you plan on being proud and rejecting what you read! Hell will be hotter for you. DO CONTINUE to read if you have a soft and humble heart. This post contains a VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE.  Amen.  Isaiah 40:6-8, " The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." I always wanted to be a princess. All of my young girl dreams were filled with royal princes, fighting knights, dancing ballerinas, handsome kings, and beautiful queens. A dreamer by nature, with a wild imagination (runs in the family), I spent my youth dressing up, dancing, and playing “princess” games with my sisters. Castles were incredible to me

Standing on Holy Ground

Let’s walk in the HOLY GROUND of God’s word today…

03/02 Daily Exhortation (Heb.3:13;Matt.6:11;Heb.10:25;Luke 11:3)…

Let’s chew on the following 3:2 on this day of 3/2…

Exodus 3:2-5

3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

Ex 3:3 And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.

Ex 3:4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.

Ex 3:5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.

There is a bunch on which to chew. Let’s break it up into a few manageable chunks/bites. First off, and no time to expand/expound upon, but “the angel of the LORD” is GOD HIMSELF in a manifestation. There are “angels” but the Angel of the Lord is GOD but not Michael the Archangel as many cults teach (Jehovah’s Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, Church of God of Restoration, etc.). See Acts 27:23, Galatians 4:14, etc.

Secondly, God connects Himself with a BUSH on fire. God’s word manifests later with pages from wood pulp and cotton rag linen. Cotton is a shrub/bush which can become a tree. When you get pages from a 1500’s or 1600’s translation of the Bible, it is called a Bible “leaf” or “leaves.” They were printed in FOLIO sizes (folio is akin to FOLIAGE). God uses man to bring this forth and men are likened unto trees and wood in the Bible. God became a man and died on a TREE for us. On and on. God’s word is likened unto a fire… When you read God’s word, it is a FIRE but the bush is not consumed.

Jeremiah 20:9 …But his word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones…

Jeremiah 23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD…

When Elijah and Moses (Rev. 11) come prophesying, fire proceeds out of their mouth. Why? God’s word is a FIRE.

Note God uses signs to get our attention. ONCE GOD SEES WE (Moses in our focus passage) ARE LOOKING HIS WAY, He gives a strong call. Hebrews 11:6 says without faith, it is impossible to please the Lord. And Romans 10:17 teaches that “faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God…” Sadly, most forsake the call of God.

When God CALLED out of the burning bush, Moses is HEARING THE VOICE OF GOD, but not seeing God. Thusly, this BURNING BUSH EXPERIENCE is an encounter with GOD’S WORD. God’s word is an extension of HIMSELF, even as YOUR WORD is just YOU.

When God via Moses wants to put blessings on the twelve tribes of Jacob, he says, “the good will of him that dwelt in the bush…” (Deut. 33:16).

You will note that the FIRST MENTION OF “HOLY” in your Bible is in this passage. Moses was to remove his shoes and honour that he was on HOLY GROUND. It’s not so much that this is Mount Horeb, but more importantly, this “holy” is connected to the WORD OF GOD. By the way, “holy” is in your Bible 611 times. In the 611th year of the 2nd millennium, God gave you a HOLY BIBLE KING JAMES 1611 during the Jacobean reign of King James. Selah. Muse and peruse. Let the fires burn as we read out of the burning bush of God’s word!!!

Psalms 39:3 My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue…

Note that effectual FERVENT (fiery) prayer availeth much per James 5 and note Jesus’ teaching that prayer must be born of the word (John 15:7, etc.).  Thusly, a good way to pray is to take scriptures and say, “Be it unto me according to THY WORD, O Lord.”

Psalm 29:7 The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire.

You rightly divide (2 Tim. 2:15) the fire of the word via the FIRE OF THE WORD.

God’s word is a Love Letter. Many waters cannot QUENCH love (Song.8:7) but faith in the word can quench the violence of fire (Heb. 11:34)…

Psalms 18:13 “…the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.”

The fire of the word can either consume you in judgment, or purify you and try you to the Potter’s perfect pleasure. YOUR CHOICE.

Brethren, QUENCH not the Spirit today (1 Thess. 5:19), let the word be a lamp unto your feet today, honour the VOICE OF THE LORD as HOLY GROUND today, and may the I AM meet your every need this day, -r <3
