Blessing and cursing

The PROPER definition of “BLESS.” 

03/26 Daily Exhortation (Heb. 3:13; 10:25; Matt. 6:11; Luke 11:3)…

If you call the blessed "cursed" or the cursed "blessed," you are GOD'S ENEMY. Never bless what is cursed or curse what is blessed. 

Folks want to curse blessed brethren, churches, etc. Folks bless folks that are walking cursed. Babies are blessings (Psalms 127) and not to be curses (Ex. 21:17, Prov. 20:20, Prov. 30:11, Matt. 15:4). 

Financial "blessing" may be a CURSE. God says to rejoice if you are rich and made low (James 1:9-10) and that the prosperity of fools will destroy them (Prov. 1:32). The durable riches are the true riches (Luke 16:11) of laying up treasure IN HEAVEN (Matt. 6:19). Any "blessing" that involves iniquity (do what thou wilt lawlessness) is a pseudo-blessing. 

To “blessing” we shall AFFIX the proper definition from this 3:26 on this 3/26…

Acts 3:26 (KJB) Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Jesus has BLESSED US in turning away every one of us FROM OUR INIQUITIES. 

When Abraham was willing to offer up Isaac (a symbol of Christ being crucified), God said: 

Genesis 22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

Christ came from the seed of Abraham (Gal. 4:4, etc.). IN CHRIST JESUS, all nations of the earth are blessed. 

Iniquities are doing whatever WE want to do. Hence, “iniquities” has the word “I” in it 4 times. The Creator, Jesus, put us here to DO HIS WILL, and not our own will. 

So, God has turned us from our INIQUITIES, which is defined as a BLESSING. 

Many want to take the blessing away from salvation today by stating it is impossible to TURN from INIQUITIES (antinomianism or against the law of God). Remember, He is called "Jesus" because He will save His people FROM THEIR SINS (Matt. 1:21)... 

How about YOU today? Will you walk in the blessing of TURNING FROM YOUR INIQUITIES by God’s grace and Spirit? If so, you are BLESSED INDEED AND IN VERY DEED, -r <3
